Are they safe to use while riding?

100%. In fact, they enhance safety by cutting the high-frequency wind roar that leads to fatigue, while keeping speech and traffic noise audible. Less noise = more focus.

What size are they? Will they fit me?

Our regular model is one-size-fits-most and come with an extra set of silicone tips, designed to fit comfortably and securely for the majority of riders. The adjustable version includes 3x soft silicone tips with an internal screw for perfect fitment.

Can I wear them with a full face helmet?

Yes. RESON earplugs are helmet-compatible, with a low-profile shape that won’t dig into your ears—even on long rides.

What’s the difference between regular and adjustable?

Regular: fixed 26 dB noise reduction. Simple, reliable, no fiddling. Comes with 1 extra pair of silicone tips for fit.

Adjustable: tuneable 18–26 dB reduction via a notch with 1 / 2 / 3 dots. Comes with 3 extra pairs of silicone tips for fit.

How does the Adjustable notch work?
Turn the small dial until it clicks:

• (1 dot): ~18 dB - city speeds / group rides / max awareness
